Hi all

Can someone explain to me all about slimfast and what i need to do. Ive been doing sliming world on off since sep and lost just over 2 stone, but im struggling. I have issues what control over food, so i think it will suit me as i did cambridge year ago and found that having bars and shakes easier to manage.

Hi Nicky,

I have just done my first week so am not an authority but I can give you the basics. Two shakes a day to replace two meals, up to you which ones. 3 snacks of up to 100 cals each, and a balanced meal of 500-600 cals. So you're looking at around 1300 cals a day hun. Hope that helps. Good luck:)
