Market trip this AM.
Home with LOTS of chicken fillets, steaks, pork and lamb steaks!
Aldi trip for a huge amount of fruit and veggies & frozen fish.
Asda delivery for cupboard and freezer stuff.

House is filled with lots of food now. Cost a small fortune, spesh when on disability right now.
Cannot wait to get cooking

Oo forgot about this.
So last week on 777 I lost 4lb
Week just gone my Father In Law was in hospital (Still is) and the week blended into rushing around and not having a moment to breathe plus the week before Star Week or as I call it bloat week. So half off last week
15off in total now.

This week is not going too well need to get my head in the game!

Thought I would bob in and update my little thread.

So I am officially 16lb down (lets see how WI is tomorrow lol)

Had a reasonable week.
Hoping for a good loss but we will see.

I too am back for another attempt, I lost 7 stone 13 lbs 2 years ago, but the weight has crept back on due to family problems and my lack of will power so am doing SW again as I know it works when i stick to it

Worked fairly hard this last week and it paid off and I got a lovely 3lb loss.

Finally I can see 13 on the scales yip yip yipeeeeeeeeeeee
