Hi , had my weigh in tonight and have decided to start RTM, as of tomorrow. Thanks to all who post here, have been having a browse and some great advice and inspiration on here.

I found week 1 fine but as I'm sure you know its all about planning and making sure you have all the right things in that you need. It was so lovely to have a meal out at a restaurant at the weekend, we popped into Nando's and they were great and just did me plain grilled chicken on just salad leaves, yum!

Thanks everyone. Day 3 now and ok. planning is absolutely crucial for me that was a major problem- " hadn't planned what to cook for dinner so i used to eat the whole kitchen!"
