    Hi , had my weigh in tonight and have decided to start RTM, as of tomorrow. Thanks to all who post here, have been having a browse and some great advice and inspiration on here.
    off to bed to dream about chicken !!

    Welcome Brumchick .... and Jess for next week!

    Its great to have more of us in the RTM club!

    I found week 1 fine but as I'm sure you know its all about planning and making sure you have all the right things in that you need. It was so lovely to have a meal out at a restaurant at the weekend, we popped into Nando's and they were great and just did me plain grilled chicken on just salad leaves, yum!

    Good luck and look forward to hearing how you're getting on.

    Thanks everyone. Day 3 now and ok. planning is absolutely crucial for me that was a major problem- " hadn't planned what to cook for dinner so i used to eat the whole kitchen!"
    so taking heed and have got lists galore :)
