I am a newbie in that it has been some years since I did Cambridge and yes, I’m back again.
I’m excited and pleased to be back as I do know that this diet works. I still remember how I felt the first time I did this diet and also the friends I made along the way in this forum.

Hi Velvetisis,
I've been on the 1:1 diet for 7 weeks now and have lost 22lbs...my weight loss has been slow the past 3 weeks and it's frustrating when I watch YouTube blogs of people losing a lot more but, after many,many years of yo=yo dieting, it's likely i've damaged my metabolism!
