Here it goes! The journey to a Skinny Scottish Hottie begins!

Morning all, got a bit of the midweek blues and hubby is away tonight so feeling a bit sorry for myself. Will try not to commit any sabotage to my plan.

Breakfast - HExB sandwich with lean bacon and egg (2 syns for ketchup). Banana.

Snack - Yoghurt. apple.

Lunch - low fat supernoodles. cheese cubes, grapes, pineapple and picked onion.

Snack - pear and handful of strawberries. Freddi (5syns)

Dinner - chicken and mayo (2 syns) salad.

Aiming for low syn day as slightly over yesterday, so maybe just an options hot choc this evening (2 syns).

Last day at work before long weekend off! :D

Breakfast - fried egg sandwich on HExB bread, ketchup (1 syn) grapes

Snack - banana

Lunch - cheese salad and low fat supernoodles

Snack - pear, apple

Dinner - chicken breast with a cheese and crisps crunch topping, sw chips, sweetcorn and side salad (2.5 syns kerry low low margarine, 6.5 syns for crisps, 6 syns for cheese (serves two = 7.5 syns each) <<<< yes, it's high in syns but it tastes DELISH and stops my takeaway craving.

8.5 syns so far, so got a bit to play with tonight. maybe on a cheeky wee vodka or two as the weekend has come early!
 
Oh god. What an amazingly awful weekend. Let's just say I enjoyed easter and back on plan today after 2.75lb back on. Sob. Line drawn.

Breakfast - scrambled egg on hexb toast. Banana.

Lunch - McDonalds grilled chicken sad. No dressing. (1.5syns)

Dinner - chorizo risotto with leek, onions, peppers and sweetcorn (3 syns)

Snack tonight will be hot choc (2syns) with strawberries and light choc sqooshy cream (3 ish syns. Hard to measure!!)

Less than two weeks until I go on holiday so I'm going to try damn hard to make every day a 100% day.

Total syns 9.5

Weight today 10st 13.5 lbs.

Today is gloriously sunny so hope to squeeze in some body magic after work.

B - half a melon with shape 0% yoghurt

snack - handful of strawberries. pear.

L - wholemeal HExB bread with lean ham and pickle (2 syns). small HExA cheese salad. orange and banana.

snack - kiwi

D - syn free chicken curry and rice

hot choc (2 syns) pineapple chunks and crisps (6 syns)

total 10 syns
 
B - melon and yoghurt

lunch - egg sandwich (1 syn mayo) twix bites (9 syns) banana

dinner - chicken salad
