So.........here we go again - Iām sure Iām king of the yo-yo diets at this point
Started 6 years ago and been up and down ever since - when Iāve ever got to my goal weight (11stone fromclose to 16) Iāve gone on a standard keto diet and enjoyed it till ālifeā has got in the way (work, kids etc)
Due to hamstring issues over the past few months (not being able to train) Iāve piled weight back on, which I find very easy to do! Iām back at 13.6 and feeling fat lol
Thankfully now, my hamstrings sorted and Iām able to get back on it again so Iām trying exante one last time to get back into the correct frame of mind for 4-6 weeks just to lose some fat before a holiday.
Iāve always found it hard when reaching a goal to stick at it, thinking well, Iāll eat this as a one off seeing how Iāve done so well etc and then it just seem to snow ball from then on till Iām back to square one again
I ran (lol jogged maybe) for the first time in a few months last night and could only managed 5km in 33mins before giving up and feeling rather crap. (A good 13mins slower than what I can achieve when fit/light)
This 4-6 weeks ahead is going to be really hard for me so I joined the forum just for some support in knowing that Iām not the only one having to do this again.
At this point Iām using past achiements and goals to spur me on for where I want to be in 16 weeks
Hereās what I managed in 13 weeks last year and plan for this as a minimum this time round......
