Hey everyone! Just signed up to this today, i need all the help i can get! Been doing slimming world for a while now, and i have just stumbled upon this when looking for syn values.
I lost a stone doing slimming world, but it has slowly crept back on again, and i've just recently been on an all inclusive holiday, the damage wasn't as bad as i thought! But i think its time to get back on track and get as much as support and help as i can!
