HEX advice

Hi,
I think I have eaten very well today but I have not had my HEX a or b.
This is what I have had:

Breakfast
Smoked haddock, eggs, spinach and ratatouille

Lunch
Small jacket potato
tuna
ELF mayo
corn
salad beetroot

Dinner
sea bass (steamed with chinese spices and aromatics)
stir fried veg

Syns for ELF mayo 0.5
mullerlight greek coconut 0.5
2 belgian chocs (not listed but 3 each as best guess, slightly more than roses!)
Snacked on fruit

I have had plenty of fibre and calcium but have missed my HEXs. Do I need to make a cheese butty to get them?

I don't think you have to use your healthy extras if you don't want to. I'm sure my consultant said don't force them I.e make a cheese butty just coz you think you have to use them. I know you cant save them or carry them over.

Maybe someone more experienced can confirm?
 
SW says that missing Healthy Extras won't necessarily affect your weight loss but it does help to ensure a balanced, healthy diet. Missing them occasionally is ok - especially if you're just eating them to get them down and not because you're hungry - but it's definitely advisable to have them when you can :)
