Hex B - Tortilla Wraps

Hi, I am new to Slimming World and only doing it from home I got all the books online!

I'm just a bit confused on my Hex B part, can I count any wholemeal bread i.e.: Wraps, pittas etc. plus does it have to be only wholemeal to count as a Hex B.

Can only count any actual wholemeal bread and not pittas or wraps - the only pitta that is a HEB is the WW wholemeal ones, wraps I don't think are on the list but I could be wrong and it's worth noting that one WW petit pain roll also counts as a HEB. For my bread I buy Warburtons 400g wholemeal, much more filling than some of the 400g loaves

also if you're looking for low syn wraps... the weightwatchers ones are only 5 syns each and are really nice and pretty big, they aren't a heb though but make lovely fajitas.

Thank you I normally buy the ww ones because of low calories but now doing sw so had to check. x

you could always use an omelette as you tortilla and it's free
