HEXB Enquiry

I am hoping somebody can help me here

I can see in my book that Wholemeal bread can be taken as a HEXB, but I cant find out whether i can have a wholemeal roll as a HEX.
Does anybody know?

yes you can. It's just pitta bread that can't be a hexB.

I had one last night with a quorn burger and then panicked cos I thought I couldnt have rolls as a HEXB-so it's all good

yep as long as it's a 57g wholemeal roll, it's a little un!!

LOL! That's willpower...I would have eaten the whole one and synned anything over 57g, or used another HEB!

I've tried to find 57g rolls in the supermarket, but they're all huge, I wouldnt ave the willpower to cut the roll, well done
