Hi I'm Vicki, am 26 n I've always been bigger which ive kind of been ok with but in the last couple of years ive got v lazy n piled 2st plus on! So this year am gonna do somethin about it, ive done slimming world b4 n lost 1 n half stone but then gave up n this time I want 2 keep goin n achieve my goals! I'm stocking up 2day on all the free foods n planning on doing some big batches of healthy meals 2nite so we'll c how that goes? My main issue is definitely willpower which am hopin u lovely guys can help with! Oh n happy new year x x

I am in the same boat as you and am about to start sw on Thursday, healthy shopping bought and treadmill in place!,!!

Thanks Irene n kel! Ive bought some fitness DVDs called 10 minute solutions 2, there's 5 10 min workouts on each n there only £4 on amazon! Not done a full DVD yet but jus combining a couple of them is quite good if u haven't got much time! X
