hey guys thanks 4 the replys, i'm finding things ok its my 5th week now every time i feel like i need 2 eat i just come here for some inspiration and that really helps alot, i'm off to jamaica in just under 2weeks so i'm really hopeing to loose another 8lbs before i go fingers crossed lol. jade x
