Hey! New to this but not to weight loss

Hey everyone!

Just thought I'd say hi :) I've been very slowly losing weight since about 2012, and have gone from 16 stone 10 to 13 stone 3 through calorie counting and exercise.

Had a holiday in June and put some weight back on which really bummed me out and I kind of got obsessive and frustrated and ended up with a bit of a bad relationship with food. So I've decided to give Slimming World a try so I can break away from weighing everything out obsessively (I was weighing out lettuce, it got bad!).

I'm also super in to fitness and love lifting!

Hopefully some mutual supporting on here will be what I need to get rid of the last of my weight:character00116:
