Well I stopped going to the docs for my xen in April, I am wondering whether to go back or not..
Do I need it? I'm not sure ..will it work alongside the slimming world way of eating ...

See although I still have 7 weeks in the house & that was with giving a friend some when she was stuck I've not taken them since February but I always know they are there.

Well I have to go to the docs in a few weeks for a migraine and asthma check up, so I might mention it and see... That is if my weight is still playing the staying put game!! X
