hope your all well , i don't get as much time to pop on here anymore due to my more demanding new job but just wanted to say hi to you all and let you know i am still doing LL with you all , had a bit of a stressful week but last nights wi cheered me up , hope to speak with some of you soon and thanks for all the help and advice you are all giving me , paul x .
