After a few months absence, I've started going to group again. I've changed consultant & weigh-in night, as it was a huuuge group and didn't really feel comfortable. I have a renewed motivation. I WILL do it this time!
hi lisa i get weighed monday too, have been doing it on my own for a few weeks but kept having blips so decided to join a class, i don't know how well i will do as i had a right binge the week before and put on 2lbs so i hope to have lost it again, have you tried the hi-fi bars i had the mint they were so yummy have them as my h/e b going to get a few different flavours on monday. good luck with ur weigh-in let me know how u do x
