hi nicG27 and :welcome: to the forums.

These forums are packed full of really helpful recipes which I am sure will help you. I too have PCOS and have found losing the weight to be difficult however, I take one day at a time, don't beat myself up if I gain weight one week and break down my main goal into mini goals - treating myself when I achieve each one! I have found this helps greatly in staying focused!
