I everyone
I have been doing slimming world for just over a month and have lost 5 lb. I find it a real struggle losing whilst taking steroids and have been on them for the past 6months. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on the best way to loose weight? I cook for the whole family and my hubby is loosing weight even though he is skinny and eats rubbish at work so I know it works (just not brilliantly on me :-( ) .
