Hi all, I'm Jen, 27 from Bromley, Kent.

I am looking to lose around a stone and a half, and i am starting Slimming World tomorrow..!


I've never dieted before and i LOVE my food, so should be interesting..!

Good to hear there is someone in my boat. Never dieted either and gosh i love food. Starting Exante tomorrow though so "I Will Lose Weight" lol.

I've had a look round the forum and i hope it will be a fab help to us as we loose weight ( fingerscrossed)

Oh and i hope i learn the Jargon too.. I'm going to be on SW and i have no idea what most of the jargon like HEX or Syn means lol
