hi everyone my name is sophie and ive been doing slimming world for about 2 months.
i have gone really off course as have a confidence issue and i cant stop myself from eating all the time.

any advise or friendship would be lovely. xx

SW worked for me 10 years ago - but not this time. I have just started Exante - well I'm waiting for my delivery of replacement meals. I have spent a few years diddling about losing a few pounds and then getting no further. My recent attempt at SW ended because I was not motivated and went off track - Hope you get all the support you need here - or elsewhere! All the best, xx

im really hoping i can get back on track as i was really enjoying the slimming world way of eating and i did lose nearly a stone so i really want to get back on track.

i havent spoke to my sw consultant no as im 2 embarassed and if im honest in the group there are a few attention seekers so no one else ever gets to speak. the only prob i have is that its the only group i can get to so i cant just change groups :cry:.

and my confidence issue is my weight and everything about how i look. x

Hey Sophie

Can you grab your consultant at some point in the weigh in and ask to have a chat with her after group? I'm sure she'd be happy to help if she knew you were struggling. She'll be able to help with your self image and get you back on track so that you'll start losing and feel happier. x

Can you email or text your leader or arrange to ring her at a certain time so you can explain.

You could start a diary thread in the SW section for support and encouragement too.
