hi im new to the site i have been at slimming world for 11 months

Congratulations on losing 5.5st!!! that is fantastic :)

Weight loss will slow down as you get nearer target, you could try changing what you eat, we can get into a rut and go for the same things all the time. Up the exercise or change the exercise u r doing. Make sure you are drinking plenty, keep a food diary, if none of this helps then look at portion control. I am sure others will be on here and give you lots of more info than me :)

hi wolverwood welcome to minimins and well done for losing 5 1/2 stone :happy036: how about eating speed soup and lots of melon and as twizzle says drink loads of water, or have a fish week. good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey :superwoman:

Hi Wolverwood.

Welcome and WELL DONE for losing 5.5 stone. You must feel amazing. Have a look at the SW forum as well - there are plenty of recipes and tips for making things different.

Maybe try writing down some of the things that have changed for you and goals that you still have. That might help get you back on track.
