Hello,
My name's Paul and I've been on WeightWatchers since November 2010. I started out at just under 18 stone and now I'm at 14st10, so I've lost just over 3 stone.
My mum and brother have been on WeightWatchers properly since Nov 2010 and they have both lost over 5 stone EACH. My brother hit target, 13 stone, a few months a go and now he is "off weightwatchers" and in his first year of uni, but he has maintained his weight with ease.. which is amazing, because I put on tons of weight in my first year.. booze.. take away.. cheesey chips with beans and burger sauce....
I've not been anywhere near as good as they have on the diet.. going on and off it, but the times I have gone off it, I haven't put on anything, just maintained, which I think is a positive in itself.
Anyway, my major issue is getting back on track with it, as I finally broke through the 15 stone barrier (woop) just before Christmas and now I cant stop treating myself!
Hard day at work? Buy yourself a Kitkat chunky.
Good day at work? Celebrate with a kinder bueno.
Meh day at work? McFlurry makes me feel alive.
