Hi, I've only just found this site. It certainly looks great. I started Slimming World last week as my weight has really got out of hand. I managed to lose 18 lbs last year on the Tesco GI diet but piled it all back on within 6 months plus a few pounds:cry:. Really determined to lose it this time. I'm off to have a look around.
