Hello Duchess,
Welcome I also hope to lose 3 stone by Christmas so we can incourage each other. This really is the best place for help and support. I have found I can ask anything and there is always someone who has had the same or will offer advice. Spooky is a fantastic CDC she will always help with any problems. I am on day 4 and I think it is getting easier (well I hope so) so hope to see you on here reugularly they really are a great bunch.

Hello Duchess,
Just checkin in for our cintinued support for each other, how are you doing. This was my first weekend on CD and was not looking forward to it, it was not too bad I did try and keep busy and it was not too bad. Only low point was when my son cooked for him and his g/f they had a roast and it smelt lovely. I locked myself in my room with my Cappuchino shake and crushed ice and said "its not for long, its not for long". Back to work today and I have just had my Leek and Potatos soup and it was yummy spinkled with Cayenne Pepper. Had 2 litres of water so best get on and drink somemore, though the getting up for a wee in the night is a pain.
