off to see counsellor at 8.30pm to see how much i have lost after my first week! feel very thin and only eaten once (160g natural yogurt) so feeling confident. wish me luck!
hi nay84, i felt like you did all week but took a "what's not lose approach" and got on with it - and that was the result! it has certainly persuaded me that i'm in this for the long haul until i get to where i want to be
