Hi, newbie here

Hello, i'm Charlotte. I've finally plucked up the courage to join this forum after browsing a few times at everyone's amazing weight loss photos!
I have two son's, 3 and 5 months and think it's about time I stop using the excuse 'I've just had a baby' and start doing something about it! :eek:
Would really love some tips on dieting and exercise as I don't have much time for myself.

Hey and welcome!

my first tip is that you HAVE to make some time for yourself. If you dont you will go mad!

You have a 3yr old and a 5mth old? so in theory the eldest will go to nursery soon or now and you will be able to walk there with your youngest :p

Get out there and go walking with your 2! :D
