Hi, I'm new to this site :)

I've been doing WW since last January and managed to lose 4st last year (still a good bit to go, though).

I have gradually put back on a stone since Christmas from messing about and not Watching what I'm eating.

I started back with WW properly last week and it feels good to be back in control of my eating.

Looking forward to reading all your stories and advice.
