Ive gone for plain porridge (only flavour she had) for mornings, strawberry(mainly) chocolate and a forest fruit shake abd chili oriental, vegetable, potatoe&leek and tomatoe soups
 
Ladybird I just ate my last meal feel very full now so hopefully day 1 will fly by x
 
Do you mix water with it? Is it like oat so simple? ;-)
 
I do it with about 110-120ml of water it says more on the pack but that makes it too runny.

I've not tried oat so simple :( not massively different from normal porridge in fact I prefer it
 
welcome and good luck keep positive and remind yourself daily while your doing this lots of little goals help! also by something in your goal size to spur you on x x
