My names Steph, today is my first day on Exante - Total Solution.
I currently weigh 10st1lb and I am looking to lose 2 stone. My BMI is currently 27.5, so hoping to get this down to 21.9. I am 5ft
My other half is also dieting with me and I think he is hoping to lose around 3 stone.
We received our mixed bumper pack yesterday, and are both quite looking forward to the challenge (sure we won't be saying that soon)
Any tips any one has would be greatly received.
