    Well done on your 1lb loss :) A loss is a loss. You haven't stayed the same and you haven't gained so be happy. You'll probably have a bigger loss next week to make up for it :)

    Hi TC 9lbs in 2 weeks thats brilliant, thats 4&1/2lb per week, not the sort of weight loss you would get with WWor SW. Well done :0)

    Don't worry about it - a few weeks I only lost 1lb and then the week after much more - I am sure you will have lost inches instead. Its just your body adjusting to what's going on. If you stick to CD and don't cheat you can't fail to lose weight. Good luck
