Dave, lots of luck for your fab journey to a new you. Stay strong. Keep bottles of water with you at all times and keep sipping at them as this really helps with the hunger pangs and the plain boredom of not eating!! Set some mini goals for yourself 'cos sometimes the journey can seem too daunting without achieving some mini steps along the way. Lots of luck.

dave just think of what the new you would be able to do when u reach your target keep this in mind and u will be fine, i have made some ice lollies from just plain boring water but helps when this lovely weather is out its like u are not missing icecreams lol gd luck keep us all informed tammy x
