Home bargains, I ate the pack!

Hi went to home bargains yesterday and bought a pack of sweet chilli 'Thins' they are thin rice cakes, look like perfect round crisps and taste amazing. I managed to eat the whole pack just by watching a film. Can some one tell me the bad new how many syns did I have?

were they a particular make? i had some from aldi they were really low in syns, they also sell sweet chilli crisps very light and airy called satiny crunch they r delicious and only 4 syns a bag

I will buy another pack today and have a look - they were pretty nice especially dipped in a bit of philly extra light

how many calories are they for each pkt? i've just been to tescos and bought some thai sweet chilli velvet crunch they r like the ones i bought in aldi still 4 syns a pack delicious

My mum had these think she said either 5 or 5.5 per section. So 4 times that for packet

Did you manage to find out the syn value for the 28g bag of Transform-a-snack?? I know that Space Invader Crisps are quite low so i have my fingers crossed these are low too!

I would like to know too, I cant just eat 1 section, once its open the whole pack goes

Any snack like these have no free food allowance so it is 1 syn for every 20 calories

I know this is an old thread but it's 22.5 syns for the whole 100g packet
