How did you know when to call target?

Yes u can call target when you want the and 7lb rule can be broken at consultants discretion (to stop ppl cheating the system)
I set mine to 12st 8 today and hope to be there by summer if I get near and my trs are tight for example then il drop it a few lbs before calling it
