How do i syn this?

Had my lunch on order at the local deli when my boss said we'd go out for lunch to the local pub, determined to be good as I sts on the scales last night, I opted for the tiger prawn stir fry which was tiger prawns, egg noodles, and lots of veg it was soo yummy but the sauce was very oily you could tell by what was left of it at the bottom, i havent used any syns today so i can use them up...it definatley had soy sauce in it but didnt want to ask the waitor
What do you think would be an acceptable syn value. I know the quantity plays a huge part though

I would allow the days Syns, just to be on the safe side. As the egg noodles would probably need to be Synned if they were the fresh/wet type, rather than the dried ones.
