How do you handle stress without food?

Thanks for all your replies

Thankfully, I'm feeling less stressed now, there was a family situation that was really getting to me but I've just accepted that I can't control other people's actions, only my own. Easier said than done :sigh:

I didn't break out, I managed to keep on track, though the temptation was immense. It's always been a crutch but I know I have to stop using food that way. It's hard though, to not have it there as a treat even, food is just about the only thing I enjoy, I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't socialise, my treat at the end of a week of work used to be something nice for dinner and some crisps and goodies for afters!

Much as I fill up on free food, I do miss my treats/bad habits!

Glad to read that things are easing
