How Do...

The only explaination that I have is that I do drink the amount of water that I need to, I do some walking, but I think the main thing is that I have alot more weight to lose than most people on here, and the LT is having a field day with all my fat lol

im with irishlaura, got quite a fair bit to loose so thats the ony thing that can kinda explain it.i expect that my weight loss will start falling soon tho. bit adams right, we are all different, have different levels of body fat etc. the most important thing is that we are losing, whether it is 3lb a week or 7lb. its better than a smack in the chops thats for sure!!!xxxxxxxx

Just think if we were doing WW or SW weight losses go up and down like a yoyo, 2lb off one week 1lb on the next week etc.. and so slowly too, from what I can see of everyone's losses at least it is constant loss, which is so exciting I cant wait to lose the weight!!! x

I know mine aren't tooooo bad, but I still have 6 and a half stone to lose until I get to a 'healthy' BMI... I wanna lose a stone a week too!

Still, this is the fastest (and best) diet I have ever been on (and I've been on a lot!) so I shall stick with it and not get unrealistic!

i would love to loose quickly but at the same time, stone a week would scare me a bit!

everyone is doing fantastically , and the only way i would loose a stone a week is if i started hacking limbs off haha xxx

Fr00b you are doing brilliantly. Stick with it and that weight will come off. Better to lose the weight steadily cos we all know its more likely to stay off that way. Good luck, you are doing fab!
