How does it all work then?

Just wondering if you could tell me how SW works? I'm currently on the Cambridge Diet and it's tough, so I'm just looking at what else is out there and seeing which one would be best for me.

I am also looking into WW, because I think the points system should be quite easy for me to work out - but is SW any easier?

It sounds complicated at first but it really is so easy you can do it without thinking about it! Here goes:

The main thing is the free food. You can eat as much of it as you like, all day, without weighing or measuring or having to count it or even remember that you've eaten it!

Next you have healthy extras which are fibre and calcium.

Then, if you have any room left, you have Syns! You can have up to 15 Syns per day and are all the extra treats!
