Hi I'm keen to hear how you've noticed your weight loss, not linked to your weekly weigh in. For me it's that my wedding ring is now loose.
I've noticed my back and chest are much slimmer, I can finally get into some of my old tops again! Think the most surprising one was that it hurts to sit down for long periods now, there's less fat to use as a cushion! Question - have you noticed overall? I can look in a mirror, knowing I'm slimmer and not see any difference! is it just me? X
I've noticed I have more room in my clothes and my bras fit better...I am 1/2lb off my first stone so it may show a little more after a bit more loss but I don't see the loss when I look in the mirror I also do monthly pictures to compare but again I don't see the difference and people I have asked have said I'm losing it from my shoulders which is not good it needs to go from my bum n tum lol but all in good time. My inspiration though...the last time I went shopping I bought a pair of jeans a size too small and I tried them on as i started SW after a month, again this month after 2 months on the plan and at the beginning I could get them to the top of my thighs then last month I got them round my bum but belly hanging out and today belly in but can't breathe but they went all the way up lol thats why my goal is 14/16 jeans and not a weight because to me the clothes size is more rewarding than the weight loss.
I can't sleep foetal anymore. My knees are too bony. I've had to readjust my sleeping position. From above I look like I'm running. There's an image...

I haven't lost much yet, but I'm noticing mostly in bending and stretching, such as I can now paint/cut my toenails comfortably and shave my legs in the bath.![]()
You've lost more than 1.5st so far. Wouldn't call that "not much" xx
