Diet is going pretty good today! Yestoday it was pure hell (day 2) and i could of cryed lol but i work up in a *nearly* great mood.

Good luck killercurls, keep posting!! Its very motivating looking at other peoples albums - its been week one for me and normally I would have had a binge by now but this week I have stuck to it 100% and lost 5lbs
