How many syns in nice things

Hi how many syns are there in rice cakes salt and vinegar from tesco big ones 33 cals each, they are only puffed rice and rice is free??

Also ice pops from poundland scooby doo ones??


Is it always 1 Syn per 20 cals?? For packet mixes and things??

Do you always have your syns or is it bet not to have many??

Have you found anything nice and low syn this week? I've found mini twister ice lollies LUSH 2.5 syns

Its 1 syn per 20 calories for anything that does not have a free food as the main ingredient.these would be 1.5 syns as puffed rice is not a free food

To answer your other question yes have as many syns as you want between 5 and 15 a day - there is nothing gained from having fewer syns and indeed some people find they lose less when they do that
