Thanks for your reply bluetoffee, i am trying to exercise my face and neck by chewing i did it tonight and only lasted 3 hours cos my face was killing me haha. So over a week i think those half a syns might just add up cos i get bored once the flavour has gone. Might just have to go back to being a kid when you used to save it for the next day.
