Hi there,

It varies, depending on where you live, and whether you are a female/male.
In England, it's around £36/week for a female, and £48/week for a male. I know it is a lot more expensive in Ireland.

Males are £54 a week here in the North of Ireland. Not sure about anything else, sorry.

When I first read that it costs £36 a week I thought that was dear until I worked out I actually spent more on that each week on rubbish to stuff my face with. It's a bargain really and I save money by being on this.

In Ireland it's 64 Euros for women.
It depends on which county you live in, but it's never a real big difference.
It is steep. But if I go to the shop every week to pick up little bits and bobs for dinner, I always end up buying way more stuff than I need.
So while I do spend a little more on this than I normally would, it's not that much more and it's all worth it!
