how much in 3 weeks?

im going to start again on monday and i have 3 full weeks until my holiday. so i just wondered how much weight you think i might lose?

well going by the stone a month rule, about 11-12 pounds, probably more though as we all know we lose a fair bit in our first week xx

suppose it depends how much you have to lose a bigger person may lose more in week one than a smaller person
