Yeah I still do a food diary everyday so I can really keep on top of what I am having. I stopped for a while and actually ended up hitting a plateaux as I got too laid back about my syns and ended up accidentally having too many far too often. I use the online one on the SW website as it's so easy to use and doesn't take me any time at all. It saves it too so I can look back at what I have previouly had. x
