how much water to add to the shake

I find it tastes so much better with more water than to what the minimum recommended they state. So it's okay to add more water than less

I only use 200mls now! In the beginning I used more but now I enjoy them more a little thicker. I don't think it matters so long as you drink enough water during the day.
