How much water are you drinking while slimfasting and do you think it makes a difference to your weight loss? I know on Cambridge that you 'need' to drink lots of water to aid the weight loss - is slimfast the same?

Have just found a water calculator to help you to work out just how much water you should be drinking on a daily basis, baring in mind your build and weight etc. Thought it might be useful.

I don't think it's really to aid weightloss , just that you need to have extra water as you are not getting it from your food.

With slimfast, you would be. Water's good though, but don't stress over it. Drink to prevent being thirsty and if you just like to drink water
