How much water?

As much as you physically possibly can hun! I have have a litre of water split between 3 shakes and i try to get another 3 to 3 1/2 down me every day! I'm never off the loo but i managed to get through the first week with no headaches and haven't had as many hunger pangs this time, so upping my water must have done something!xx

I'm loving that you lost 6lbs four weeks in! Last time i did it no matter what i did, after 4 weeks of good losses i just sort of stuck at 4 and it wouldn't go up or down! Good obviously, but it's so nice when you see an extra big loss after a few weeks on it :D xx
 
Because I had a slight weight gain i'm trying to rack my brains thinking there must be something that i'm doing it wrong and I think its my water intake, and i've worked it out that i'm having 5 pints of water a day, do you think that could be my problem?
 
5 pints is just under 3 litres. Is that including the water you have in your milkshakes?x
 
ok so the bare minimum you should be drinking is:
2litres of water + 250mls of water for each shake (total 750ml)

so the bare minimum would be 2.75ltrs

But you should drink more water if you can.
I am drinking 4-4.5ltrs of water not including my water for the shakes.

The more water the better chick.
