    can i shift from now until WI on monday? Ive had a really poo week with it being totm, ive got back on it today and my scales are showing a gain, so realistic how much can i loose from now till monday?

    I've found I've been able to lose anything from 1-6 pounds in that time frame. No rhyme or reason to it though!

    cd is impossible to judge but as said 1-6 lbs depending how long you've been on cd. try not to scale hop as can demotivate you :eek:

    i was doing so well. I lost a stone in 4 weeks then I had 6 days off and the scales showed a 7lb gain!!!! Ive just had 4 days back to the diet and walking lots and i'm back to where i was today (end of days 4)..

    Its so difficult to get back into it once you let it go... but if i can get back on track in 4 days you can too!!

    Drink as much water as you can!!!
