Hi all

I'm on day 16 so two weigh ins which have been 9lbs and 6lbs

My question is when does it slow down?? Do you think I can loose two stone in a month??

I now have 6 stone to loose

It depends how much you have to lose and if you stick to it. I lost 2 stone dead in 5 weeks I had 4.5 stone to lose. So I think the chances are great well done on you weight loss so far

I have 6 more stone to loose !!
I'm a good girl and been 100% lol

Fingers crossed I can, am seeing family at the end of June so it would be really nice to have lost 2-3 stone just to see there faces
